Flight School

Flight 919 is excited to help build young sprinters from the ages 12-15.

Led by All-American Nick Gau, Flight School will provide your young athlete with elite training in proper Track and Field technique.

Our Flight School falls under the Flight 919 Track and Field Club. All workouts are built in conjunction with Flight 919 coaches. 

The cost for an hour-long session is $20 per participant. Sessions are limited to 5 athletes per instructor. 

Private 1 on 1 Training sessions are available, and pricing can be discussed after an initial call.
